Account information you provide when access is requested or an account is created — name, email address, phone number, and company/organization.
Authentication data — your password, stored in hashed form; we cannot see your actual password.
Technical data — your IP address, browser type, and log data generated when you use the Service, which we use for security and troubleshooting.
Customer data you upload — fixed-asset records, depreciation inputs, and related financial data you enter or import to use the Service. This data belongs to you (or your organization); we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.

How we use information

We use it to operate and secure the Service, authenticate users, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or your uploaded data, and we do not use your uploaded financial data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Third-party services

We use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse. Your use of it is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
We rely on third-party hosting and infrastructure providers to run the Service. These providers process data only as needed to host and operate the Service on our behalf.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (e.g., hosting), as required by law, or with your consent.

Data retention

We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required by law or contract.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
